If there is an environmental management which is more successful, there should be a non destructive way of resource utilization. Gross utilization and higher wastage of every kind of resources will lead to destroy the environment too. Industrialization without any standard is the biggest reason for this situation. However some countries have industry centric economical systems. These economical systems are basically targeting the commercial goals. So the commercial goals are more important than the environment to the people who are depending on the industrial economy. However if we really hope to protect the environment, this situation must change.
The best alternation is replacing the industry centric economical systems with agriculture centric economical systems. With the agriculture it is easy to manage the environment more efficiently without destroying. On the other hand food is a major requirement, so the agriculture is an essential part of any economical system in any country. And it is possible to maintain other industries with the agriculture also with a proper standard. However this cannot be an easy task.
First we must study again about how the world was changed after the industrial revolution. And also we have to research whether the way of changing the world can totally accept or not. It is clear that the people who lived in Europe in 18th century when the industrial revolution is beginning were not thought of protecting the environment. They just wanted to establish and develop industries. The present generation has to take all the things which are happening as a result of the mistakes done by the past generations.
If we can control our selves, we can give the priority to protect the environment rather than giving priority to the commercial goals. To do this we have to control our minds. So we have to learn the future generation how to live close to the nature and understand the value of natural environment. Then the future generation will control the industrialization with a proper standard. And they will be more sensitive to the environmental values.

So the natural water cycle is being complicated. And unexpected heavy thunder showers may be occurred. As a result of this there will be a disterbance for discharging the excessive water of land areas to sea. So there will be more threat of floods. However the regular wet regions will be wet more, while the regular dry regions become dryer.

The biggest problem with this is the sea pollution. According to the news, the oil leaking rate is about 42,000 gallons per day.
The news reports that the robot subs are used to try to stop the leak, but it is not 100% successful.
However the question is how to recover the environmental disaster here. A very large amount of crude oil is mixed with sea water. According to the news reports there is an area of 1500 sqkm, covered with crude oil in the sea, so a large number of sea creatures and plants at risk.

Unlike in the past they never wanted to spend their lives with more social responsibilities. They added more requirements to their lives. Gradually they became too selfish. These people thought what privacy is betterthan the co-operation of the society. They thought social responsibilities, traditions, morality and even religion are obstacles for the individual freedom. They need more rights to grt rid of responsibilities. That is how the human rights are formed.

Creations of the society is complex. Family is the primary unit of any human society. Male female sexual attachment is the background of building the family life. Except genetic and physical factors of sex, most important factor is psychological factor. Gender represents the psychological factor of sex. So far we are unable to properly get understand this. That is why any one cannot properly conduct a discussion about sex from a beginning to an end.
When we are talking about sex we must pay our attention to study the hominid evolution. We can understand there are number of features that are unique to human beings like ability to speak, the intelligence, and outstanding differentiation of male and female characteristics both physically and psychologically. When we are talking about hominid evolution, it is important that discussing about psychological transformation according to so many areas. The psychological transformation of human beings can be identified by such things like speaking languages, worshipping and clothing.
In this case we must critically discus about the factor of sex according to the hominid evolution. We can understand there are two separate evolution paths of male and female. If there is not any information about these things, that is a weak point of the knowledge of hominid evolution. However today we have to discus these things. First thing is the huge difference between male and female body characteristics such as body hair distribution and difference of male and female voices. These are outstanding in human beings rather than the animals. If we considered psychological transformation, clothing is an important factor. In any human society there are specific male dresses and specific female dresses. This is clearly indicating the two different paths of males and females transformed psychologically. Today any one cannot live without cloths (naked).
It is strongly attached to our lives. The way of dressing should be represented the masculinity and the femininity outstandingly. Any one cannot simply ignore these things.
Parallel to dressing, all other human activities which can be identified as specific male activities and specific female activities. This indicates the two different paths of males and females psychologically transformed.
If we can understand these tings, we will be able to manage the sexuality and its related things correctly. For example, if we can develop specific male activities and specific female activities with specific dressing in the society, the male population and the female population will be in two specific psychological levels. This can lead to a better sexual attachment between males and females. And also it will never give a room to establish and develop homosexuality, bisexuality and all the other sexual deformities.
So that is how we can prevent sexual deformities. Human activities are transforming usually, but one thing we must keep in our minds strongly, that is specific male and specific female activities can persist and develop well, any one cannot neutralize gender. Gender neutralization is the main source of generating sex related social problems.
